Ask questions and get answers

In ServiceCommunicator you have lots of online support features available in one convenient place.
Among those features are:
  • Customers can ask questions, and these questions can be discussed further.
  • You can post frequently asked questions and their answers.

Questions asked by customers can be replyed to by other customers or your own support staff. One can even attach a file to a reply, for example to provide a quick patch for a customer's problem.
Other customers can follow a question so they are notifyed via mail when a new reply is posted.

You can post frequently asked questions and their answer, sorted by product. Those are compiled automatically to complete, product specific FAQ lists.
