Customer: you become a customer when you own and use a ServiceCommunicator in any level.
Software: is the functionality provided by a ServiceCommunicator plan. The customer uses this functionality with a Browser.
Visitor: is a person using the software.
Privacy Policy
YouAtNotes does not give any personal data to third parties, only in case of legal obligations, or if the user agreed to.
Excempted is a third party payment provider who processes financial transaction on order of YouAtNotes.
During the order process the customer has to give some personal data like name, company name and mail address. This data is used for
- Setup of the software for the customer.
- Communication regarding the software, regarding payment or other matters related to the use of ServiceCommunicator.
- Notification about product enhancements.
- Business needs of YouAtNotes.
Order process
During the order process YouAtNotes uses services of a third party payment provider to handle all payment details. It is neccessary to provide personal information to this payment provider. The payment provider has as privacy policy of it's own, YouAtNotes has not influence on that policy.
Data Storage
Data of the customer, including personal data, is stored in datacenters. These datacenters may be outside the European Union. YouAtNotes tells the customer on request in which datacenter his data is stored.
Web Analytics
This Website and the software may use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google") Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files, which will be saved on your computer and which allow an analysis of your use of the these sites. The information provided by the cookie concerning your use of the website (including your IP-address) will be transferred to a Google server in USA and saved there. Google will use this information to analyze your use of this website and the software, to compile reports about the website(s) activities for the website(s) operator and to provide additional services concerning the website(s) and internet utilization. Google may transfer this information to third parties, if this is a legal requirement or if third parties are commissioned by Google to process the information. Google will in no event connect your IP-address with other Google data. YouAtNotes is allowed to conduct own analysis of usage of the software.

Right of Access to Personal Data
A customer has the right to edit, disable and delete personal data stored by YouAtNotes. Such request may make further use of the software impossible and thus to cancellation of the contract.
