Can I install ServiceCommunicator on my own server, or is it hosted only?


Yes, you can run ServiceCommunicator on your own server in your own network. It's pretty easy, actually. All you need is a Lotus Domino Server, the ServiceCommunicator software can be installed in a couple of minutes.

If I upgrade, will I lose my data?


No, you can change to another plan anytime. Your data is save, only functionality changes.
